We have found Power error on some of T5 device which has been initially released in the market in Dec 2016.
The Serial No. from XR16120001~XR16120500.
Then, please check the serial No. of your device, or check your firmware of T5 through Wi-Fi App application.
And if the serial No. is included in those No. or the firmware version is 1.0.7, please update your device with the new firmware, Ver 1.1.2a or higher to solve the power error.
